If you have been incorrectly supplied a product at the fault of Furniture Care Products, we will re-send you your correct order and cover all costs related to returning the incorrect product back to us.
Faulty Product
If you have a faulty product, email us at sales@admarketing.co.nz or freecall 0800 324 231. You can get either a replacement product sent, or we can issue you with a credit to be held against a future order to the value of the faulty product.
